One item was to color (dye) and polish the concrete floors. Not sure if that is still on the table.

Nothing helps with recruiting and bringing in new fans/boosting attendance like a former player display...

Unless that player is an NBA star. A lot of schools use their successful players now in the NBA to recruit. Quite effectively.
