According to the media guide the players don't report until August 17th. Does anyone know the actual date? Because that can't be right.
Will there be a UAB football media guide? Will it be on DVD as in the recent past?

There always has been. It is usually online as well. I'm sure Matrix would be happy to print you up one at his job.
It should be available at the appropriate time on the uabsports website.
Last I heard they had done away with the print version of the media guide. CD only now unless it has been changed.
It's hard to get your cd signed by the team. I really liked the guide.
Until they stopped making the print version, I had every UAB basketball media guide ever made signed by the player on the cover.
I used to take mine to Breakfast with the Blazers and get it through the autograph line. It was a lot nicer than eightysome scrawls on a poster, you could tell who was who when they signed their own page or photo.
And yes, I had the cover boys sign their pictures on the cover.

My vision betrayed me yet again.
I took mine to the Barons game with me this past Friday, and read it between innings, great material in there (that's when I found out that Charlotte was in there when I'd stated here they weren't)...
