Two nights ago I dreamt that my daughter walked up to me and said:"dad I'm sick, and then she proceeded to get sick. I immediately work up disturbed, thought about it a bit and went back to sleep.

Last night I was in the family room and my daughter walks downstairs and in a shaky voice says to me: "dad, I don't want to alarm you, but I just got sick."

The thing is, a few years ago she would vomit periodically; she got hormone treatment and we thought she grew out of it. On a bumpy USAirways flight right now and she seems fine. Fingers crossed.
So......news? She ok?

Tight bond there, and I believe in premonitions.

Thanks for asking. We're in Palm Springs and all seems good. Parenting is both the easiest and hardest job ever. The dream and subsequent event were startling to say the least.

I'm sure. BTW, I'm about an hour and fifteen minutes east of you right now in Monrovia, the town that route 66 ends.

Interesting topography out here, that's for sure. I'm out here working with some "do-gooder" special Ed teachers and equally "do-gooder" cops. They're paying me well, we're staying in a great resort, and WMU was brought up by an attendee to applause. All-in-all a great few days. Hope yours is going well also.
