I loved Dr. Marchini (c/o 2008). Always told us engineers that physicists would be our bosses one day.

It all depends on your field. I know shoe very successful physics majors who have a ton of engineers working for them. If you go into industry, versus municipal or consulting fields, it's a possibility.

Depends on when you graduated. the job market still sucks out there and especially for science majors. Srs I have a friend who's son just graduated a year ago and still can't find a job. I kid about starbucks but he does have benefits and it's not that bad until the rush hits. There are worse jobs out there than starbucks. I know I might personlly keep a few stores in business with as much coffee as I buy.
