Bingo! Students on full tuition and room/board ACADEMIC scholarships are allowed to earn however much money they want; much more than what the NCAA restricts student-athletes to making. Student-athletes can't make more than a nominal amount a year, but they have to watch the school, conference, NCAA, bowl game, shoe companies, and other sponsors make as much money as they can off their image and likeness while gaining nothing from it.
