...we need to organize a farewell to U.C. basketball party at Christies.

Actually, with how bizarre MT has acted recently, would any of us really be that shocked?
It will be funny to listen to mt introduce the new coach. The bs will be over flowing when they try to put a positive spin on Stallings, Gillen, Drambot, Orr, etc......
If Dambrot is hired, the next thing the administration will do is change the school colors to blue and yellow.
No kidding. Even more histerical will be the questions from the reporters at the hiring press conference....

Louis Orr: "Coach, besides being a really nice guy, what have you done to warrant keeping a head coaching position in the Big East?"

Keith Dambrot: "Coach, should you explain to us why you thought it was appropriate to call your players ni##ers, half-ni##ers or non-ni##ers based on how well they were playing?"

Kevin Stallings: "Coach, what was a more important factor in your being hired....your background in coaching at a well respected academic institution and having your players graduate or your consistent track record of mediocrity in the SEC?"

Pete Gillen: "Coach, two part question. First, why should the UC fan base embrace you after how you portrayed their school and insulted their most beloved coach? Secondly, other than having a gigantic melon and connections to Phil Cox, what do you bring to the table?"

I still can't believe Dambrot said that. What a clown. lmfao It's even funnier that he asked for their permission to use that language. Who does that?! "Alright guys, I'm going to call you all derogatory names if that's cool. All in an effort to build commraderie." Nothing screams bonding like calling someone a racial slur.

Even funnier was that he took his case all the way to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals on the basis of protected Free Speech under the First Ammendment. Fuggin idiot.

At one time I figured Nancy would introduce the new coach. I think she would still like to for the spotlight but she may not have the ba### to get up in front of basketball fans anymore. I think now it's 50-50 if she will send poor old Mikie out to do it. One or the other will say: This is the coach that will lead UC to the Big East Championship! I hope that gets a big laugh out of the media. Don
Good point, Don. No way the evil clown stands up to take the heat in front of the cameras to introduce the sacrificial lamb. She'll send one of her henchmen.
