It's a great movie, but more than that it shows how bad things were for our black citizens at that time. Some great baseball scenes along with terrific acting. Harrison Ford is terrific as Branch Rickey. Should be nominated for an award, as should the young man who plays Jackie Robinson. Every young person should be required to see this movie, IMO. I'm making sure my grandchildren see it.

Agreed that this is a must see movie!
