Can someone who goes post a recap of Sat practice/scrimmage? I won't be able to go to this one but still curious on who's doing well etc
will do
First team O just had a great drive on the 2nd series against 1st D. Big plays were about a 30 yard pass to Jackie and about a 20 yard pass to Blackman before Greg Franklin took it in from a yard out.
JP just lead a good drive with the first team O... Overcame a couple penalties and got a few first downs before hitting Darrin Reaves on a 40 ya screen pass
Not sure who 85 is, but he has made some great catches with the 2nd team WR group
85 is not listed on the currently posted roster.
At least we still have our big play D
Backman just caught a 25 yard laser from JP for a TD
Jake Ganus making some plays from his 2nd team OLB spot. Living in the backfield.
Reaves had a great shoe top catch and first move to turn a swing pass into a 10 yard TD
who's running 1st team QB?
Brown. He looked good to, only remember a couple of incompletions all day. JP took snaps with the 1st team offense as well.
Briscoe and miller split time with the 2nd team O
1st team Def. I think
DL Boyett,Morris,Scott
LB Crews,Bastien,Challenger,Slaughter
CB Farmer,Brown
SA Landers,C Jones
do we have a real defense or a ghost defense
Hard to tell just what we have at this point. I know this: the team is bigger and faster, and everyone seems to know what they're supposed to be doing. We have more depth. The team hustles routinely all the time, and seems motivated and enthusiastic. I really like what I've seen thus far.

I think that we're just going to be overall better, period.

Hard to tell with key pieces either injuried or not here yet.
YOU answer IT
,,right now ghost defense
This is the longest span of days in a spring practice without any idea of the stats of the competing QBs. I guess "Mums the word".
QB stats from today's practice are published

I read this thread before going to the other. Better now than later with the first stats. All 3 QBs looked good on paper.
