There has to be one guy who can transfer in and be an asset to the Toledo program. Reese leaving has opened up a spot so I would hope that Coach K will choose wisely. Maybe a mobile 7 footer would be a good thing.

I would enjoy watching a 7 footer play i think it would be interesting

Agreed. Wonnell has earned the scholarship, and then we can use it next year for a freshman.

Wonnell has worked hard and has earned a scholarship. However, Coach K's job is to win games so if he can get a true impact player, I have no problem with him going in that direction.

I agree. If Coach K is able to find a hidden gem - high school, JuCo, or transfer - give it to that person. But don't bring someone in just to use up the scholly, which I don't think he'll do. Last year, when we had a scholly open up for some reason, he said he was either going to give it to Wonnell, or an impact transfer.

Be dissapointed if he doesn't give it to Wonnell. He has enough good players that he doesn't need another and Wonnell has truly earned it

Sometimes, doing the right thing turns out also to be the smart thing.

Thought I read that Wonnell had beaucoup academic schollies. If he is getting school paid for give it to some big guy, even one who's a bit of a project. Sort of surprised to see a guy from FGCU and one from VCU. They're leaving pretty good situations but I suppose PT is the concern.
