A 10% pay increase for 3 years in a row is a good raise.
Not bad would go from 60k to 81k over the 3 years based on the 60k baseline.
Not a bad raise, but evidently the $81K salary would still be greatly lagging behind that of the ECU counterpart coach.

It will be very interesting to see where the administrators take the football salaries. It could be pretty bad for us if they are low balled.
