I like Memphis. They are my adopted team from the AAC.
Adopted teams are ok. Arkansas is my adopted team in the ACC. Maryland will be my adopted team in the B1G.

OK, in an attempt to get this thread back on track from those playing games, here's why I like the conference set up in the OP.
None of this is to show any disrespect to any current AAC schools, but the conference I put in the OP is composed of the schools that Memphis has the most history with. The biggest bang is UL, Cincy and USM. Those 3 schools have been important to Memphis for decades. A lot of history is shared between these schools.

I like it, too. The OP assumes UConn would be in the B1G or ACC.
It wasn't a prediction about the future. It is what I think is in the best interest of my school - strong regional rivalries with schools that share common bonds.
