FIU loses Richard Petino to Minnesota and Florida Gulf Coast loses Andy Enfield to USC. That's pretty unusual that those schools lose coaches to big time programs. But it might be a good thing for them in hiring a new coach. They can point out that their programs can lead to even greater opportunities if a coach succeeds there. I don't know what they pay, but an up and coming coach, or even one like John Pelprey, who is still pretty young, might be interested in those jobs due to the opportunities offered.
