type of offense Shields likes to run? Has he ever said at a coaches luncheon or in press conference? We all know Foley runs a motion offense, usually 4 out 1 in. For years I haven't been able to get my finger on what Shields tries to run. I don't know if it is because our offense nevers seems to consistently operate smoothly. Or maybe it is a hybrid. Sometimes I see elements of a dribble drive, other times flex offense, and then sometime swing offense.

I, for one, don't have a clue. If you can't figure it out, I would bet no one else on this board can either.
Much of the time it looks like the NBA "stand around and watch two guys play one-on-one."
