Are the practices in the 2hr range in length? The new weekday times are little harder for me to get to in time for the start but wondering how late I can show up & still get to see some of it

They are usually finished by 6:45 or so because many of the players have to be in study hall at 7
Do they still keep the same basic flow of starting in position groups then build into team at the end?
