We now have the smallest arena in the new Belt, which is irrelevant since no one fills theirs anyway. We may well have the nicest, but basically everyone has a very nice arena (We could argue about ULM's renovated facility). Getting Stephens wasn't a game changer, it just put us in the game with every school our level.

I'm sorta like Peter, the Texas State arena looked good except for that end of the gym that was boxed in. But, I thought that one of the new members had a smaller seating capacity than the Jack. It may have been Georgia State. I put that picture on the board back when it was first announced they were coming in.

You are correct-

The Georgia State Sports Arena serves as the "Home of the Panthers" for both men's and women's
basketball, volleyball and the Athletic Department office.
-- The Sports Arena provides a seating capacity of 3,455 fans for basketball and volleyball. Construction for
the Sports Arena, located at the corner of Decatur Street and Piedmont Avenue in downtown Atlanta,
began in 1972.

It's not the size of an arena that matters. It's what you do with it.
