Full Version: Recruiting the enforcer

I do not know that it will be that hard to find someone like that, even in the late session. We are not talking about an offensive force here. We want someone who can defend in the post and get rebounds. In other words, a tough guy. And with Gus and Will and James already in the mix, we are not talking about someone who is going to play 25 minutes a game.

My main question is who he is going to replace. We may know the answer to that already, but I won't say it here.

I know hockey teams always like to have an enforcer, but they often aren't very good players. I don't think getting a big bruiser who can play a lick is all that easy. Otherwise we would have had one since JJ. Marlo fit stature-wise, but I think he is simply to "nice" a young man.
We probably have one now, but he hasn't been healthy, and we need another one for insurance.

Gus seems like too nice a guy as well. Maybe needs to get that nasty looking mouthpiece that JJ had.
