At this point with all the conference re-alignment, it's hard not to take the "who really cares anymore" attitude. You need a scorecard to keep up with it from day to day anyway, not to mention the fact that C-USA started down the tubes when Louisville, Cincy, Marquette, DePaul, USF, TCU, Charlotte, St. Louis, and Army left at the same time. Just let me know when tipoff/kickoff/first pitch is and I'll try to be there.

I just hope the dominoes fall with the big guys first. I think we may have added teams before things shook out as it is. If the ACC gets raided and the unnamed conference gets raided in response, their contract will break and there will be a chance to improve CUSA.

Possible. I'm not holding my breath though. The only reason to even go would be for a few more dollars and to be in the same conference basically we had been in when it's all said and done. That is if you are referring to the USM and UAB rumor.
That's because they still hold out hope that they can get back into the Mountain West, but that's not going to happen.
UTEP needs NMSU, no matter what the fans think.

UTEP will eventually be in the MWC. Sad to see 'em go, but it'll happen. They are in C*USA because they want eastern exposure.
