Who has the best bbq is akin to what kind woman/man you like. I will say this that each is good at least at one meat but it's all a matter of who's in the pit. If you've got a guy who know's their stuff & has pride in it, it will be the best stuff ever. That's why I say the best stuff can be found at the smaller mom/pop places as they're run by that guy whereas chains have gotten away from that as it's all about the benji's.
