Excellent start for the offense yet again, good to see we are feasting on subpar pitching and fielding. After two quick outs, Stringer singles (then moves to second on a wild pitch), and Teykl reaching on an error and a Cook single move Stringer to third and subsequently plate him. Aquino triples and scores Teykl and Cook. After 1, Owls 3 and Crimson 0.
Seems awful lonely here.

Just in case anyone is wondering, it is now 6-0 Rice after 3.
Nice!04-cheers05-mafia
Thanks for updates
3 up, 3 down in T5. 1st out was a great diving catch by Byrd in short CF.
3 up, 3 down in B5, too, unfortunately.

Ditto T6
Fox leadoff single, Ratt walk, Perrott bunt bobbled by 1B, bases loaded.
Mound conference, pitching change.
Taylor pinch run for Fox, Byrd RBI single. Stainback RBI sac fly. E3 loads bases. Teykl K looking, 2 outs. Cook 3 RBI triple. Aquino 5-3 groundout strands 1, 11-0 Rice after six.
Does the run rule apply to games like this?
It's been awhile since we've run-ruled anyone so I'm not sure. In fact we haven't scored double digits in runs in a game yet this year so far.

edit - Cook triples with the bases loaded so there is double digits for the first time
Kevin McCanna 6 IP, 1 H, 0 R is a nice sign too.
11-0 after 6
Hunter K. in at C, Taylor at third, Ewing at first.
3 up, 3 down top 7th
Taylor leadoff double (although a better OF would have caught it).
WP moves him to third.

Run rule may not be needed since Harvard not going home.

Ratt RBI single.

Pitching change.
Harvard double play, two out, Byrd up
Spectacular catch by CF ends seventh.
