I did a reverse Whois search on the email address listed in the america12.org Whois listing. Returned a bunch of domain names all registered last Tuesday. Anybody want to drop $199 to unlock the full list?

those are all just variations of america/n 12 or america/n 12 conference

A lot of them, yes. But if you look closely a couple of groups of domain names don't fit a pattern i can account for. For instance:

Or

a _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ e.com

The first one could be "America12Sports.com," maybe.

Why are they so obsessed with this god awful America 12? I really hope no one was paid anything to come up with this generic, stupid, and extremely gay ass name. It just sucks. I mean WTF. OK, I'm done.

A lot depends upon what you are used to. For example, assume it is 1960 and you are a rock musician sitting around with other members of your group trying to come up with a name. What are the chances that they would like your suggestion of "The Beatles"?

I am still hopeful of EAC or NAC, but I guess I could get used to "A12" over time. Better than "metro".
