Alex Abreu got busted on felony drug charges.

I have no idea, but will check, which teams are scheduled to play the #1 seed in the tourney.

I'd assume it is at least a 50 - 50 (maybe 60 - 40 or even higher) possibility that someone (Ohio?) upsets Akron in the tourney and goes dancing. 03-idea

And the MAC's outside shot of someone beating Akron in the finals and two going dancing seems dead now.

Akron has a lot of talent but losing an impact PG is tough esp. in an Akron/Ohio matchup. 03-idea
Ladies and gentleman, your 2013 Mid American Conference Tournament champions, the Ohio Bobcats! Thank you and drive safely.

What makes this so interesting is that Akron has a lot of talent at all positions but now who will be the PG?

They are big up front with Marshall, 'Tree" Treadwell and in Forsthye (Forsthye will replace Marshall next season) and Haney.

In the backcourt SG, Walsh.

Backup PG?????? No one????

This team is loaded up front but couldn't afford to lose Abreu.

Any team with a good PG will have a chance against the Zips.
Akron looks like ass tonight.

If someone can take out Ohio, it's anyone's race.

Not tonight. But D.J. Cooper was not a good PG tonight.
