LITTLE ROCK - The UALR Department of Athletics will provide free busing to UALR students wishing to attend Saturday's Sun Belt Conference Basketball Tournament games at Summit Arena in Hot Springs, Ark. The No. 2-seeded UALR women begin the day at 2:30 p.m. when they face off against the winner of No. 7 South Alabama and No. 10 Troy in Summit Arena, while the No. 5-seeded UALR men's team plays No. 4 FIU on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. on Convention Center Court.

Signups for the buses to Hot Springs will take place Wednesday, March 6 and Friday, March 8 from 11 a.m. through 1 p.m. at the Donaghey Student Center. Those wishing to ride the bus will be asked to put down a $5 deposit to reserve a seat, but will have their money returned upon loading the bus on Saturday, March 9. The buses will depart from the Jack Stephens Center on Saturday at 1 p.m. and will return to Little Rock following the UALR men's basketball game against FIU, which is scheduled to start at 6 p.m.

The bus is also scheduled to leave at the same time on Sunday, March 10 to watch the women's game at 2:30 p.m. followed by the men's game at 6:30 p.m. if both teams advance. UALR Athletics will also sponsor a bus if either or both teams make the finals on Monday, March 11.

Let's give Chris credit for doing this. We gripe and complain about what we see as shortcomings, so let's give him credit for doing the good things. Thanks Chris. I'm certainly not against Chris. I like him and think he's done well in most areas. Just disagree with some things totally, and reserve my right to say so. Next, give Scotto and RBL the damn Internet access and get the Trojan Tracker updated and first class.

Great to see this. I just hope a couple of hundred students take advantage of it. Come on students- free bus, free tickets- get your butts to Hot Springs.

I forgot the alumni reception is open to all fans late Saturday afternoon. So they get free dinner as well.
I like Chris and I have a lot of respect for what he has accomplished considering that he probably has less of a free hand running his program than anyone in the Sun Belt with except of Rusty at ULM.

Could you please explain what you mean?
