Sad that we only have one more year from these two. Both will be key in our program next season, but who do we have to replace them? Stetson and Taggart are the remaining three guards. But will either come close to being as good as Leroy.

I would assume we're looking at Jucos to come in year after next. Really good big rebounder and really good defender. Of course it would be nice if we had players already in the program that mature enough to be starters.
Taggart's status is up in the air with his concussions, and though Stetson is playing a little, we haven't seen enough of him to know how good he could be.

Isom is an unknown. He can supposedly shoot very well, but is he a strong defender at the three position? He's 6'7", so he has the size. He could develop with four years to play. And Poulter might be an interesting case. He's got the size, but does he have the athleticism? He's lost a lot of baby fat and should be a lot stronger.

And don't forget Kemy. He could develop into a starter at the three in a couple of years. Sort of a strong smallish forward like Trey Finn. Playing along with Hagins, Gillon and a couple of bigger inside players. Maybe James White at the four. We have both Javes and Gus for a couple more years, so if they stay healthy, they should be improved. Future could be bright for us very soon.04-cheers

Please allow me a little time to worry about this coming weekend before worrying about TWO YEARS from now. 03-hissyfit
That is good. You want players that you have to worry about replacing.

Good point. We'll have a couple of years before we need to worry about that.

Hell Jim, it's always "wait until next year" around here. Doc is just a year ahead of that.
At my age, I shouldn't be looking that far ahead.
