I have been greatly impressed with Kneish Cobbins. She has taken over the Shanika Butler role on our team. She's way ahead of where Nik was at this state of her career. She needs to work on her free throw shooting, and hopefully develop a consistent jump shot from the perimeter but she'
s a warrior.

Also see signs of Morgan Bolton being a very good point guard for us when Taylor Ford leaves. I think we're in good hands there too. Plus our inside players, especially Shannity James and Kierra Clark should only get better with time. I'd like to see one more pure shooter with Jeanette Merieux leaving. Taylor Gault has the ability, but she's been in a funk this year.
Hope they can work through that in the off season. We have some good players coming in according to the coaches, but I don't know if there's a pure shooter among them. Whatever Foley has, he'll make it work.

No doubt Foley is a great coach, and I don't throw the word "great" around freely, but I believe he needs to hire someone to coach layups. This is undoubtedly the worst team I have ever seen at making layups, and many are uncontested. They couldn't make one most of the time if they had a eight foot stepladder. And they rarely shoot the ball when putting up an offensive rebound. The just sling the ball up in the direction of the goal. I suppose they think the backboard is up there just to attach the goal to.
