When the NCAA tournament is over, and the NCAA sanctions against OSU are known........I fully expect Matta to take the IU job. I don't think Alford is the right guy for the job and if they hire him, they will do no better than they did with Mike Davis. In fact, Alford's winning percentage is currently 59% and Davis winning percentage was 58%. Matta's is much, much higher. As the article said, even the IU fans want him more than Alford.
the action come april may be as exciting as the season...crazy year.
It would rock if he bolted tO$U for IU....taking the Thad 5 with him....hahahahahahahahah

The funniest thing about the whole situation is that he has that incredible recruiting class hanging in the balance.

If sanctions come against OSU that deprive them of postseason play or anything that those recruits have allowed in their LOI's as reason to get out of it...............Thad has those guys in his back pocket. If he stays at OSU, there's no reason for them necessarily to go to IU........they could go to Wake Forest or somewhere else. But Thad might use it to up the ante at IU and get a huge pay raise.

In the end..........Matta may be positioning himself for some serious $$$.

If OSU does not get sanctions and those recruits still have to go to OSU..........it would be hard for Thad Matta to leave OSU at that point and go to his dream job.

This is going to be very interesting.
