but not like that. Inside predicted 3-3 which included a loss last night. We could still win the division if we go 3-3, beat ULL, and ASU loses to UNT. That also assumes a loss tomorrow night which is definitely not a good start to our last 6 games, but is expected in that 3-3 prediction. I think all of us would be thrilled with going 3-3 in our last 6 games.
Absolutely. "What" doesn't bother me as much as "why." I expected us to lose, but I am concerned about why we lost by that much, and why we are ALWAYS so flat coming out of the gate.

No shoot around?

Traveling to Jonesboro on the afternoon of the game? No shoot around?
We get off to bad starts most games at home also. These kids obviously don't understand that you can't wait until you're twenty points behind to start playing with a fire in your belly. Getting off to a big start and keeping your foot on the pedal is imperative if you want to be a good team. Somehow our coaches haven't been able to get that point across.
UALR couldn't hit the basket in warm-ups.
The ASU crowd was really into it last night. Good for them. Strangely, the last two years, someone standing near the ticket office has given us free tickets. You can't beat that for being nice to visitors. I with their team had been as nice to us as the fans have been. No excuses. They were just head and shoulders better than us last night.

Please tell me that you are just kidding about making our team make a two hour plus bus ride and then make them try to play a basketball game, and with no shoot around at the arena to boot! Please tell me that you are just throwing that out there as wild speculation and that it really didn't occur!
You live on the cheap, you get cheap results. Can you argue with that? Seriously, I do think a shoot around would have helped, but only if we had Labron James and Kobe playing for us last night.

So are you saying that we actually did ride the bus to Jonesboro on the afternoon of the game and had no shoot around? For real?

If they left LR at 2:30, I'm guessing that their shoot around would have been directly prior to the game. Not much time for one any earlier.

Several of the businesses that buy big blocks of tickets will send people out there to give away tickets. Best seats I've ever had were courtesy of someone from Barton's Lumber.
