No question about it. Our Freshmen point guards have nearly an entire season under their belts. They should do nothing but improve from here on. And speaking of that, Steve said yesterday that if we hadn't had the Stephens Arena, we would have never signed Josh Hagins.

We are better. But have we improved more than the other teams in the league? That is the real question. I guess we'll find out with rematches against ULM, MTSU, FIU, FAU, and ULL. We went 3-2 against those teams. We really need to go 4-1, this time around, and split with ASU to have any shot at the seeds 2 or 3.
From the very beginning of the year, I would answer yes.

Looks to me like USA and FIU are really improving. USA has won 4 of 5 after having to deal with a coaching change at the beginning of the season. FIU has won 4 out 6, with 2 point losses to MTSU and USA. Little Ricky Petino seems to be doing a very good job in his first season. My only point is, other teams are growing and improving. They are not just standing still watching us improve.
