Having looked at all the schedules, here is my best guess on the likely tv games for 2013. In 2012 there were 26 C-USA games on Fox sports net channels, 15 on CBS sports, 15 sub-licensed to CSS (which I hate because I could not watch them) and 1 on FX. That’s 57 games. Additionally there were 13 Internet exclusive games on CBS-Live and most teams had some games on their own streaming network or on a local channel.

The non-C-USA contract games likely to be televised on other conference contracts are:

UTEP: at NMSU (Aggie Vision always ends up on ESPN GamePlan or other channels I get on DirecTV), at Texas A&M.;
Rice: at Texas A&M, at NMSU (Aggie Vision);
Tulsa: at Oklahoma;
Tulane: at Syracuse;
UNT: at Georgia;
UTSA: at Arizona;
LTU: at NC St, at Kansas, Army at Dallas (not sure who’s contract this will be a part of);
ECU: at UNC, at NC St;
Marshall: at VT;
USM: at Nebraska, at Arkansas, at Boise St;
UAB: at LSU, at Vandy;
FIU: at Maryland, at Louisville;
FAU: at Miami, at USF, at Auburn.
MTSU: at UNC, at BYU

I feel fairly certain the following C-USA home games will be included for tv but there will be more.

UTEP vs UNM and UTSA;
Rice vs Kansas and Houston;
Tulsa vs Iowa St, Rice and Marshall;
UNT: vs Rice and UTSA
UTSA vs Ok St and Houston;
LTU vs Tulane and Tulsa;
ECU vs ODU, VT, USM and Tulsa;
Marshall vs USM and ECU;
FAU vs FIU
MTSU vs ECU and Marshall.

Those are the home games on our conference contract I think will be picked up first because of their rivalry interest or the success last season of the school (ECU, Tulsa, MTSU) or expected success this season (Rice, Marshall). USM, UAB, Tulane, FIU will undoubtedly have a home game or two on tv but I don't have a clue as to which ones.

That’s only 22 C-USA contract games meaning another 30 or more will be picked up. What other games do you think will likely be on tv and what did I miss?
Does CUSA leave open some TV dates for "game of the week" type stuff?

I think the SBC would hold a few TV spots for teams that were running hot late in the year.

As an example say Marshall and FAU win a thier big OOC games and are 1 and 2 in confrence. Would that game @FAU be picked up so as to showcase the best CUSA programs at the time?

I believe in the past FSN has operated on a two week window
