Games highlighted in red are the ones I plan to attend. All games are Saturday games unless otherwise indicated.
Lining up all three football schedule automatically sorts dates and my preference is not to travel. Open dates always come into play. This decision making was made simple this year,in contrast to previous years. October 5 is the only Saturday that both Tulsa and OSU host games and conflict with each other. The combined schedule normally doesn't work out as easily as it did this year. For me, here is the good fun I can look forward in 2013 football season:
1. Attend 5 of 6 Tulsa's home games! Rice @TU on Oct. 5th is the only game missed, darn it!
2. Attend 5 of 6 OSU's home games! Lamar @OSU is the only game missed and really, you would have to pay me to watch this disaster.
Besides, no way I miss TU @OSU!
3. Attend 2 OU home games! Watch OU play 3 times!
4. Watch TU, OSU, and OU play 14 times!
5. Stuff myself 12 tailgate gatherings! (I feel sorry for college fans with only 1 team to root for.)
6. OSU VS Mississippi State @Reliant Stadium! (Got my hotel reservations made!)
7. Tulsa @OU!
8. OU @OSU!
9. On SEPT 28 and OCT 12, I will probably pick a game to attend from one of the local small Oklahoma state colleges, Southwestern, Northwestern, Central State, or Langston.
Go TU! Go OSU! Go OU! Beat the living heck out of those obnoxious Texans! Go Oklahoma Nation!
