What you think?
Hollinger isn't afraid to pull the trigger.
something tells me more is coming... I don't see either Daye or Davis being permanent 3rd options, when we didn't get any better at SF. I like Tayshaun Prince, and he'll help 3 point shooting. But I don't think THIS is a trade that makes us better, unless they do end up getting Vince Carter from Dallas out of it. I guess we'll wait and see...
Theyre still trying to flip one of the players traded for gay to get a SF so it's yet to be seen the full magnitude of the trade.
I hope the FO knows what they're doing, and that we're able to flip Calderon for someone worthwhile. Sounds like Haddadi's gone too.

And I'll always give Rudy props for being among the first, if not the first, of this crew to extend his career with a new contract. That set the dominos in motion for Marc and Zach. At a time when it seemed predictable that he and all of the team would try their luck on the market. Credit also goes to Heisley, of course, for opening the purse...
As of right now it's Gay and Haddidi to Toronto.
Calderon to Detroit.
Prince, Daye and Davis to Memphis. No picks.

Prince averages 11 and 5 and shoots 43% from 3. He has one of the lowest PER's on the Piston's.

Davis averages 10 and 7 and hasn't shot a 3 all year.

Daye averages 5 and 3 and shoots a pretty good 3pt shot. He probably won't get much PT.
We get a second rounder from Toronto I believe..or at least that's what I read.

No pick is what they are saying now.

Throwing the towel in on this year.
I like it!

MEMPHIS TIGERS
The trade deadline is, what, 2/21?

PS: The day before the deadline we play at TOR...

Who is saying that? I just read another article about the deal that mentioned us getting a second rounder from Detroit instead of Toronto.
So, assuming this goes through, Tayshaun Prince is our new SF?
What is CUSA_NEWS going to do now? Conley is bound to get more shots now ... uh oh, someone put an amber alert out for CUSA_NEWS!
I know ONE fan is almost ecstatic about this trade:

Feels like the Grizz could have (should have) gotten more, but I'm willing to let it play out.
Good trade. See ya Rudy

More what? From everything I've seen (and this could be completely inaccurate) we traded Rudy & Haddadi. Picked up Davis, Prince, and Daye and a pick. And will save over 30 million over the next 3 yrs I think..
good trade? prince was washed up 4 years ago. Daye is a never has been soft big man. I don't know about ed davis, but he's just a backup pf
a 2nd round pick, in general, is worthless
finally, why are we pulling the trigger 3 weeks before the trade deadline? there's nothing else to explore?
