There's a pretty funny show on Showtime that I caught once called "Dave's old Porn" - which is comedian dave attel making funny comments about his vintage porn collection (everything is blurred out). Evidently he has old porn stars as guests (man do they look busted up).
The one I caught was interviewing/watching with this lady in her 50s who was big in the "industry" (as she called it) in the 80s and she said that Ron Jeremy was the "stunt double" many times when the primary actor had "acting problems."
She said he'd often be eating a hotdog or something while performing since his face wasn't being shown while he was doing his "stunt double work."
