Was talking about this a little bit in the Spin Room.
How would you guys ease the congestion on the Parkway West. Would any of y'all think a Bypass starting at Carnegie over Crafton and then over the Ohio River to 65 is a good idea? Or how bout extending the Bypass and calling it the Parkway South to around Canonsburg? Any other ideas out there that you hear of or think is a good one?
