Good Morning fellow Trojan Fans! Greetings from Middle TN! Alas, i will not be able to go to game tonight due to my new best friend, Meniere's Disease. It is a disease of the inner ear and loud noise really does a number on my head. I will be following the game closely and hope that MT doesn't jump out and start to boat race us. Take a look at The Tennessean today for a great article on the front page of the sports section. Sorry don't have the link so hopefully someone can post it. Very good article. MT is real deal but maybe, just maybe, we get our first road victory tonight!
FOr those that are new to this board i just have to chime in and say welcome. THe Trojans are a fun team to watch this year from what i have seen on the TV. Like some of the old timers i have been following the Trojans since 83 so this is now my 30th year! Good Lord that's a long time.
For Ray TUcker, please please please please do the job i believe you can do. Stop telling the players what to do, the refs what to do and just call the freaking game. You have it in you i know you do so please just for tonight just call teh call. Nashville has some great sports stations you might be able to listen to while you are in these parts-----102.5 104.5 etc. (Where is Max Morgan anyway:).
Trojans, play tough D tonight---i know you will. Don't panic and let them get a big lead. The youth on this team is exciting and like others i believe we have a chance over the next couple of years to take that long awaited, much prayed for big leap up the ladder in mid major land. Forget about the scoreboard and do like the Great Wooden would have you do----execute the fundamentals and have some fun doing it! Go Trojans.
PS: Ray, i really do enjoy listening to you when you just call the game with some enthusiasim.
I believe Phil Elson (who does the women's games) will be doing the men's game tonight.
Sorry about your medical condition. I have a minor version of it, but not bad. I have suffered from inner ear imbalance in the past, and that's really miserable when the room is spinning around and you can't stand up. But appreciate your loyalty to the program all these years. We need a lot more fans like you. Hope we do a good job tonight. Might make you feel a little better if we could get a win.
