Why do people insist on posting their stupid ass jokes of rumors? Sh*t isn't even funny anymore. Dude loathes the attention. So why TF are we giving him that attention. 03-banghead03-banghead03-banghead03-banghead03-banghead
Simple. A lot of people dislike the ACC because of jealousy. Some fans believe the ACC does not deserve the nice TV contracts or access to the party. Others are more like jilted lovers (like the Dude) because the ACC refused to pick their schools and so they harbor resentment. Others think the ACC was the reason why the Big East failed and are upset over that - but the truth is the Big East failed because of it's own decisions not because of a raiding conference. So in the end, it's an us against the world situation. I honestly thought we left that behind when Pitt left the Big East. Strangely enough, that is still going to be the mantra for a short period of time at least. Interesting...
I'm really not sure why anyone cares about him. It would be REALLY funny if the ACC offered a ND-type deal to Texas, and Texas left the Big XII and in doing so COMPLETELY destroyed the conference. The irony is that we could. Texas' LHN wouldn't be a problem, because it is half owned by ESPN who also owns ACC media rights, so they are unlikely to complain about it.

Not to mention Texas could expand it's reach of LHN(ACCN) to the entire east coast. Texas would easily make more than it's $15 million it currently gets.
