Please for the love of gawd. That first half was owl chit. I don't know what was said at the half, but we played like we can play. These slow starts are killing me. That's 4 games we could have won if we start out like we finish. Memphis is good, yes, they let off the gas for a bit. But, they turned it back on, but we for the most part stayed with them. We simiply didn't play the first 18 minutes.

Memphis does need to learn how to attack a 2-3 though, that weakness has been exposed. We killed you in the 2-3 zone the second half. If I'm other teams in C-USA I run it on you, till you beat it. Put 3 guys in the paint and dare Memphis to beat you outside. Memphis 0-1 from 3 the second half. I say beat me shooting 3's memphis cause I won't let you beat inside. We didn't do that to start and let them play there game, you can't do that.

Congrats Memphis on the win.

Hopefully we've learn a few things tonight and get better. Ready to get you in Minges for some revenge.

Memphis very talented again. Really like the frosh Goodwin, he's a stud. Stepphens can jump out of the gym. Proud of the Pirates for fighting back after such a terrible start. We are getting better but still a long way to go to be able to beat good teams on the road. Congrats Tigers

That's odd, Memphis is one game in Minges that ussually gets aired. UCF is on Local WITN. Damn, just checked WITN airs two games, the ONLY two games aired, that F-ing sucks. It's doesn't affect me, I'll be there, but damn can't we get a little love, I mean one freak'n home game on national tv or regional?!?!?!?!

All of our games were/are on TV this year except for an early season home game against Samford, @ ECU and @ SMU. I really thought someone would have wanted to pickup @ ECU because of the high number of upsets over the years there and I thought they would have broadcast @ SMU because of Larry Brown. Oh well.

It is a head scratcher, Dwayne Wade lead marquette and UofL back in the day, NC State, Memphis in Lebo's first year. Hell we knocked off Marquette 3 straight time if memory serves me right. Then Marquette sent a bunch of fans to what the hell was going on and they finally beat us.

For all the greef we get for our basketball program and the dated look Minges, that place is special. It's loud a F*** and some strange things can happen there. Like that win over #4 Marquette by a team that won I think 10 or less games that year.

But, some changes are coming, ofcourse the new practice facility is starting to take shape and well change the look of Minges. But, there are some renovations included in that project. But, we are going to replace the old video boards and score boards with a new center court video/scoreboard. TA Loving the contractor building the practice facility has already been looking at if the roof need adjusting for the new board. The roof may need to raised, but we were smart back in 1994 and built to be easly removed when we expand Minges back then. We would also be able to expand Minges after adding the new board to around 9,000 or about the same size as Duke.

Minges right now is the same size as Rutgers' Louis Brown Center, 8,000.
