negotiations are going on that could see the DP running at Lemans as early as 2014.

Depends on how you wish to look at it. Personally i think a little of both this weekend. Dubai is the weirdest race i have ever seen. Each class has a index time and they give you a select number of waivers. Each time you go faster than your index time on your lap it cost you a waiver. Once you are out of waivers, each time you go faster than your index time they bring you to the pits for a penalty.
