Sports talk gotta fill up the hours & the pages; this was excellent fodder and so many have bought into it.

The main ones who have really hyping this are Vernon, Caulkins, and Parrish. It's done exactly what they want, too. It's gotten people to listen to their show and buy the newspaper.

my heavens...it was just a freakin question....the suite has been really full lately so I thought he just might be in there.

No mess to clean up. Athletic donations were at all time high. Athletic facility improvements were at highest level ever. Football hire was RC's. Only thing Bowen has done is to go on a power grab and make embarrassing remarks over and over. BTW he admitted that he told Pastner one thing in Nov and then changed his mind without telling Pastner.
