We are better than them at every position, and they are having a real problem scoring the ball. We would have to play a game similar to the Lipscomb game for us to lose IMO. I think if we are able to jump out to an early lead that they wouldn't be able to catch up cause they are that bad at according the ball right now. I know UT likes to act all tough and get pumped when they play us but this team isn't really that good and i don't see it as a big game for us to be concerned about losing.
I agree. I really expect us to win.
No Will Barton, No Elliot Williams

We will see if anyone else steps up on the road.
Crawford will make some shots away from the Forum.
hit our free-throws...stroke a few threes...and we should win.
They play hard.
No Black, CC and AT having issues. Still hopeful we come away w/ a win.
We win by 9!!!!
Why?

Road game. Officiating.

Just a couple factors. Sometimes the better team doesn't win.
Like the Louisville game!!!!
We should win by 10-15.
It wouldn't surprise me at all if UT shot lights out tomorrow night..I doubt they will but the question is will we be able to score. They play hard defensively and will probably be the best defensive team we have played so far..I could see this being an ugly game with the score in the 40's or low 50's..
We win by 9!!! Maybe 8!!!
I will be real surprised if we win...it will take an effort like we have not had this year. Not an ideal spot for our first true road game...especially if Black doesn't play. And yes, I have watched Ut play several times this year.....

agree it could be a low scoring game in the 40's or 50's. possibly no Black, no Maymon, Memphis needs to pressure Tennessee's guard

I agree..and I heard tonight that he is not playing..
I have yet to see a guy who can pull us out of an offensive funk...

Will could do it last year...Elliot two years ago...I haven't seen anyone really do it this year.
Not having Black will take a way a lot of easy points in the paint. But we have enough to overcome it with Shaq and DJ.

If we struggle with the outside shot, it will be a tight game. If we can hit some 3's, I think we win by double digits.
I really don't see how anyone would expect us to go in and man handle UT or think this should be an easy game..if so have you seen the tigers play any games this year..We could barely beat teams we should have beaten by 30pts or more..UT is better than a couple of teams we could barely beat at home..Georgetown is no slouch and they held them to 30 something points because they play hard defensively and are pretty good at it..We aren't a good shooting team and yea we do get hot from the arc 1 out of every 5 or 6 games but I highly doubt we will against there defense..This game scares me and I sure wouldn't bet much on it if I was a gambler..I hope we kill them but with what I've seen this year there is nothing that would make me believe we will..Go Tigers
Its simple, UT isn't that good. They scored 38 total points against Virgina and 36 against Georgetown.

YUK

We've underachieved but still look like a much better team. Particularly since Atlantis.
