When are they back? Do they come back at all? Thoughts?

They will be back, but on MWC's terms and timetable, not SDSU's.

Was told the MWC has laid out a black and white proposal to SDSU, and its non-negotiable.

I agree. SDSt will do anything to get back and the MW needs the last decent available western school. SDSt will just have to stomach the embarrassment and financial penalties. I bet it happens in the next few days.

I think they stay with the NBE. Why?
1. Travel savings for oly sports in the Big West and combined with any football only money makes a great case to stick with the NBE.
2. I think they feel they want to be part of something different.

Ok well to my previous comment. We'll see what they decided.
Apparently, BSU re-entry was based that SDSU would be offer first before offering other schools.
