Instead of worrying about the past let's enjoy the present. I am going to be doing this thread again.

December 31st:
(14) Cincinnati (1-0) over (24) Pittsburgh (0-1) 70-61

January 1st:
Connecticut (0-0) at Marquette (0-0) currently airing on ESPNU

January 2nd:
Providence (0-0) at (4) Louisville (0-0) 6pm ESPN3
Rutgers (0-0) at (7) Syracuse (0-0) 7pm ESPN3
Seton Hall (0-0) at Depaul (0-0) 9pm ESPN3
St. Johns (0-0) at Villanova 8pm ESPN3
Connecticut is leading by 1 with 1:03 to go
Boatwright hits a J to make it a 3 point lead...

but the ONIONS by Marquette at the buzzer. Going to OT.
LOL teams start OT going the wrong directions
Marquette up 2 with 30 seconds shooting FT's
come on uconn
speaking of UCONN...where did all the UCONN fans go. They are extinct from the main big east forum.....
UConn couldn't rebound a missed FT....Marquette holds on win. I was pretty impressed by UConn, Kevin Ollie looks like a good hire.
January 1st:
Marquette (1-0) over Connecticut (0-1) 82-76
I think we will beat both of those teams. Marquette has no perimeter game and Uconn is not deep.

Yep. Shabazz and Boatright are tough but that's all UCONN has. Marquette got Todd Mayo back to give them a lift but they aren't too impressive. They have four or five decent players but no depth.
All I know is it will be ugly.

I'll take Pitt, ND, Marquette ,UC, depaul and Syracuse
Rutgers is running Pitt out of the gym early.
Yes - Pitt looks terrible. Now down 34-19. Also - notice how ESPN is calling the catholic schools the 'Big East 7'?
