I am driving my kids down on Friday to visit with their grandparents and mother. Only staying around on Saturday morning before I drive back home (they're staying the entire week).

Would anyone like to meet at the Milo's near I-65 in Homewood around noon for lunch?
Is that MILO'S near the Jim & Nick's BBQ on Oxmoor?
The only Milo's in Homewood is in Wildwood North
Yes BnBF, that's the one.
Oh man... how I wish I could be there.
I wish I could. I'm booked at the inlaws on Saturday. Drive safe my friend.

"Near" wouldn't be the word I'd use. They're located at two completely different exits.

And neither is the Milo's on Oxmoor. It's on Lakeshore

He never said it was on Oxmoor.

Milo's has gone down hill recently. They no longer serve their famous sweet tea, and they no longer give you the little bonus piece of burger in the middle.

$8 total for a double cheeseburger, large fry, large tea and a pie of your choice. It beats the socks off of a regular fast food chain's deal.
They don't serve the tea from the Milo's tea company, but what they brewed in the store is still excellent.
The "real" Milo's tea was just syrup that they turned back into "tea" at the restaurant anyway. Supposedly the new brewed-in-house tea is made from the same tea leaves and recipe as before.
Luzianne tea, brown sugar.

The Tea I got in Alabaster SUCKED! Maybe it was a bad batch, but it sucked.

That's weird, since there's no Milo's in Alabaster

Smart ass is arguing over whether or not Lakeshore is "close" to Oxmoor or not in Homewood. Saying Calera is not Alabaster is not being a smart ass. There's a Milo's in Pelham, you could have as easily been talking about it.

Whoa!!! You mean the bonus meat is gone? How did this happen? I am very disappointed.
