I had a small role in this story. A friend of mine, Diane Dungey, is the Deputy Managing Editor of the Daily Herald. She contacted me after the Orange Bowl announcement because the Herald wanted to interview a great Huskie fan. First person I thought of was Dave!

This is one of the few times where I would not mind at all if we run up the score. Absolutely no BS conservative game-plan against Iowa like we had earlier this year.

Utah Huskies will be there. When we were at Solider Field game this year the Iowa ******* next to us was saying to me the entire game how many BCS bowls has NIU been to. I wish I could see him again, the answer is 1 you Iowa Bastard. ONE!
