Does any think that Bartow will feel pressure to resign at the end of this season?
murray will never resign because he believes that all is well and its just bad luck the program is in the state it is in.

this will take care of itself...the implosion has already been detonated. we will just have to pick up the pieces.
I hope Noland get's a say in this. I feel if it's left all up to Davey then nothing will happen and Bartow gets another extension. ETSU has a history of keeping coaches around when they aren't doing a good job.
I do not think he will feel pressure. And as ive said before, I think we need to pray for a good season where he leaves at the end of that season to a better/different job. I have little doubt at this point that he would take another job if it became available.

We really need him to end on a high note to be able to get a quality replacement. If he leaves after a 10 win season, how are we going to sell a bottom tier Atlantic Sun team playing in a football dome to a good coach? We aren't. Look how hard it is for UT to get a quality football coach when they are on a downturn, and they have tradition, a huge athletic budget, and play in the SEC.

Unless Noland moves now to take control of this athletic department, all of the recent work of his task force will be for nothing. Don't believe he would be putting the time and effort into this only to see it go to waste with a staff that is obviously not capable of delivering for him. There is no way that he can realize his athletic goals without a new staff, and that could very well include one without Bartow. .

If he's the de-facto AD, what exactly is the point of having Dave around?

Give him time to retire
I'm ready to wait and see what happens after the holidays, if anything.
