Kent vs. La-Laf in Dallas on New Year's Day. OMG!!!
I really hope UT can get the Heart of Dallas Bowl!
Like some UT fans said, I want to see matchups against AQ teams. Especially for the better MAC teams. Kent vs ULL is not inspiring.

It was probably me. Like 2-3 of the bowl projections only have 4-6 non-AQ vs. AQ match-ups.
The MAC has been getting 4-5 bowls for a while now, the mid major going rate like the MW and CUSA.
For the MAC to get 8 bowls this season while the B1G only is placed in 7 would be fairly incredible. Who thought the MAC would ever be in a position to play in more bowls than the B1G.
Kent State on a New Year's Day bowl game? I know it's the Heart of Dallas Bowl but that'd be something.

I could actually get there to see that

Yeah, I thought you were spot on.
BG w/ 3 losses? Fine, play WKU or ULM. It will be a good game.
But if the MAC clears a champ w/ 1 loss, then put them against an AQ (or better yet, a BCS game). And if 2nd place has only 2 losses, they deserve an AQ team too.

but the game is on ESPNU which has the leased potential of TV viewers of any bowl game.
