Do you have a PC or Laptop with an HDMI out (or VGA, if your TV is so equipped) you can hook up to it? That be the easiest solution.

how can I tell if laptop has that?
It's not my laptop, so I will be asking over the phone.

Handled. Tonight I learned how to hook a MacBook up to a tv. Shockingly easy.
