For those of you who are unaware, JMU fans have a tradition where they throw yellow and purple streamers whenever they score.
I'm willing to buy 5 dozen blue and white streamers to hand out to ODU fans before the game. Anyone want to help the cause and buy more to hand out? I also encourage you to bring your own.
If done right, this could look great given how many fans we are going to have throughout the 400s, coupled with the visitor's section.

IMO, the streamers are a JMU thing. I want no association with that feminine tradition. I think we're better than that.

I think this is an awesome idea. We aren't adopting it and it's the last time we'll ever play at JMU.
After all the crap they gave us when we started football; this will be the biggest slap in the face when we beat them!
I still think throwing feces would be better!
I'm all for the streamers. Rub it in their faces when we score and walk off the field never to have to face them again. Leave the series 2-0
It would be funny that they have to clean up Blue and white streamers after they get their but kicked.

I think this is an absolutely fantastic idea. I LOVE the idea of rubbing their faces in it, doing their own tradition to them at their field and beating them in our last game for a while and certainly our last game ever at their half of a dump stadium.
Throw streamers all day long boys, really piss them off! Nothing would please me more!
Might not be allowed in with them.
Also, why don't we get through the next two games first them worry about JMU.

Thought about this, but it's in the mountains. It'll be cold. You'll be wearing a heavy jacket more than likely. Just smuggle them in.
Also, no. We are fans, not players. We can worry about whatever we want. If I'm ordering stuff in bulk, I'm sure as heck not waiting until a week ahead of time to worry about it.

A few friends and I did blue and white silly string for the playoff game versus NSU last season. It was a blast. As seniors, we were hoping someone would pick it up for this season as well, but it doesn't look like that happened.
Silly string might be more risky at an opponents stadium. Streamers are great because you throw away the evidence after each score. With silly string, you're stuck holding the can lol.
Silly string on the road seems like a bad idea.

Blue and White Streamers! I wish I could make this game now. I think this is an idea that must be organized through and carried out.
