4 of the 10 are from UofL...Cuse's MCW #10? I hope/expect him to have a great career but #10 now...based off of what, High School!

Thats just silly, almost half of the 10 best players are from UofL? Please, Any team would be lucky to get 2 or 3 players on a list like that. Not to mention from my own bias, the reigning Big East freshman of the year isn't on that list.

Dion and Scoop sez hello.

Cuse was loaded at guard...the kid is an awesome talent sitting behind awesome players. No more unrealistic than bout 4 other picks in the Top 10. Some are picked on potential like MCW.

This guy sez hello back....and I led my team to tourny wins against Cal & Temple last year as a freshman.

Siva, Dieng and Behannan (Big East Tourney MVP and West NCAA MOP) are no brainers. Wayne...jury is still out. He probably won't start this year. I think that was a reach pick. No way you can leave the other 3 out though.

Well, on the same list for C-USA, Memphis has 5 of the top 7. Our entire starting lineup. 03-lmfao

Honestly, I don't know the BE players well enough to make an intelligent and objective guess.

But Memphis has 3 McD AAs, all 5 starters are top 75 recruits, and the top JC player (another top 75 recruit) will likely come off the bench. And the rest of the bench has several more guys who could start elsewhere.

It's pretty easy when you're in a 2-bid conference :)
Kilpatrick should be #2 behind Dieng. No way Siva is the best player in the conference.

I wouldn't say all three are no brainers. I don't think any team in this league has three of the best ten players. There are 15 teams this season and most have a top notch player. Like I said before, they left off the Freshman of the year winner from the year before. UofL had a great run and a good season but they weren't dominating the league. They weren't running wild on everyone. Once again, in this league most teams would be lucky to have 2 players on the top ten players list.

Yeah, I knew that was coming, lol. That's why I added how highly-ranked all the starters are. We wouldn't have 5 of the top 7 in the Big East, of course, but we'll be fine next year, thanks. 04-cheers

Louisville was projected to be very good last year too, and before the BET they were 10-8, coming off a senior night loss to USF. I don't see why they are so over hyped this year.
Siva might not be #1 but he's def top 10 and you didn't argue Chane and Gorgui...so yes, 3

I didn't argue Behanan because it is pretty obvious he isn't as good (as in as important) as Kilpatrick. Gorgui Dieng is the best player in the conference, no arguing that.

Uh, I'm guessing that's because he's no longer in the league? LOL. Harkless left for the NBA. He's on the Orlando Magic now.

Harrison, was freshman of the year, not Harkless.

I agree Deng & Siva have earned their rankings but Behannan became a better player as the season moved along like most freshman but he still has a lot to prove over the course of this season, even more so for Blackshear. Also Behannan was the 4/5th option who didn't have the pressure to lead his team's offense like Napier, SJU's Harrison (best shooter in the league), Depaul's Brandon Young or even RU's Eli Carter. (all young players too)

Agreed & he was UofL's best player last year, Russ Smith was #2, then Siva IMO.

Are you sure about that? Are Big East "Rookie of the Year" & "Freshman of the Year" two separate awards?

Actually, I think you are right. It was Harkless. My bad.
