CBS essentially saying every bowl eligible MAC team will be bowling:
http://www.cbssports.com/collegefootball...redictions

GoDaddy: OU vs La-Laf
Compass: Ark St vs WMU
Independence: L-Tech vs Miami U*
Military: BG-Arizona
Pizza: UT-W KY
Beef o Brady's: BSU-Troy St
Idaho: Utah St-NIU

* At 3-4 and considering the remaining schedule, I'd say Miami is a longshot to finish 6-6.
You missed one
New Orleans: La.-Monroe vs. Kent State
Thanks! That's a good match-up and the MAC would be replacing C-USA in that bowl I believe (if UCF is ruled bowl eligible, C-USA is likely to only have 4 bowl eligible teams otherwise).
Hoping Huskies do not get stuck in Idaho.
There's a good chance WMU could finish the season 6-6, but I'm still surprised to see them being projected for a bowl.
NEWS FLASH...its the end of week 8 and the MAC had DOUBLE the bowl eligible teams than the B1G...granted they have 2 on probation but oh well.
We would have a team in the Heart of Dallas bowl before the NO or Military bowls.

The Dallas and Independence bowl pays out around 1mil per team where as the NO and Military bowl pays 500k per team...not including tickets.

The Dallas bowl is projected to not have any teams...I don't think that this guy is considering that there is 500K more money in Dallas than the other two bowls.

My guess is Independence.

It would be if UCF is rules bowl in-eligible, because right now they can go to a bowl game.

I'm selfish, so I'm hoping for St. Pete, but not sure how great of a Bowl Game that is compared to the other possible projections.
Or the Gator Bowl works too!!!! I'll throw a party for everyone coming to Jax. 04-cheers

eCK: If you look at Palm's bowl picks, he doesn't think that they'll be enough bowl eligible teams to fill all the bowls, so any MAC team with a .500 record would go in his predictions.
