WVU comes in at 14 and Louisville at 25. Here is the link.

Well, 25% of our teams are in the top 25 if they can stay there and if SF sneaks in that will be 37.5% of our teams.
All the Big East needs is for a team to finish #14 in the BCS rankings and our average ranking the last 2 years will be 12. And, as mentioned, that's 25% of the conference ranked in the Top 25. So, tell me again, why should the Big East be stripped of their BCS bid?
It's not possible for a team with 4 losses to be ranked in the Top 25 is it? The reason I ask is because ... if Rutgers loses to Louisville and USF loses to WVU ... they will both have 4 losses. Everyone else in the Big East will have 5 losses or worse.

It happened in 2005, Ohio State had 4 losses and were ranked 25th in the Final BCS Rankings.

Also in 2002 FSU had 4 losses and they were ranked in the Final BCS Rankings as well.
