Interesting discussion from another thread. I'm going with:

Palmore
Batten
Hill
Wright
Painter

Maybe Ross fits in there when he is 100%. A couple people think Hill is going to start at PG and Bacote start at the 3. I heard from Palmore in August that he was practicing as the starting PG, but apparently there are rumblings from the inside that the season won't start out that way. Opinions?
I think the starting five would be

Hill
Batten
Ross
Wright
Painter

if Ross was healthy. I'm thinking we'll see a mix of the new guys in there though, occasionally sharing the point with Hill and Batten. I think Blaine just goes with experience almost exclusively in these situations. I honestly would not be surprised to see the following lineup on opening day.

Hill
Batten
Wright
Painter
Larsen

But after the first few games we'll be seeing:

Palmore/Bacote
Batten
Hill
Wright
Painter
I will be absolutely livid if Larsen gets significant PT, much less start, barring being plugged in for foul trouble. Very little margin of error this year without the CAAT. Can't afford to be throwing games to teams like UTSA just because Taylor doesn't like to give freshmen PT. I hope your hunch doesn't pan out.
Palmore
Batten
Hill
Wright
Painter

Bench: Ross, Bacote, Anachebe

I think you have hit it right. You have to go with Palmore and take the lumps now rather than later. We are in a situation where the future is actually in the future.
